Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to The Porch, where we take pride in the custom items we create for our customers using a dedicated heat press and sublimation process. We understand that each of our handmade items is unique, and we want to ensure that your experience with our products is as satisfying as possible. Please carefully read our Policies to understand our practices.
Non-refundable Items
Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds due to the bespoke and made-to-order processes we employ. Each item is customized to your specifications, which means we cannot easily restock or resell products that have been personalized for your order.
Exchanges (Size Only for Clothing)
We do understand, however, that there may be instances where clothing may not fit as anticipated. In such cases, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size in the same product and design. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your original order.
- Return the item in its original unused, unwashed condition, including all original packaging and tags.
- Ensure the item is free from any odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
- Note that the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
While we strive for perfection in every piece we create, we recognize that errors can occur. If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date with detailed information about the issue, along with photo evidence. After reviewing your claim, we will work diligently to correct the error and send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our team using our contact form. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will inform you about the approval status of your exchange.
Limitation of Liability
The Porch will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of any products or services, even if The Porch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
